I’m #prorecovery and #antithinspo because I can’t live with the fact that people want to starve themselves to make themselves look beautiful.
There’s other ways. You can eat roughly 1,800 calories per day and still lose weight if you work out. That’s what I was doing and will continue doing once my foot is close enough to 100%. That’s how you healthily lose weight. Diet and exercise not starvation. Yeah you’re beautiful (too a certain extent in many/most cases) but you’re causing your body to become frail and weak. A little bit of muscle and a little bit of fat isn’t bad, it’s also beautiful. If anyone thinks I’m saying that fat isn’t beautiful - I’m not saying that. I’m all in favor of healthily losing weight but if you’re fat you’re beautiful too. That’s why plus sized models exist, it’s big women that are beautiful. So beauty can really be found anywhere. It just happens to be that thinner beauty is healthier… BUT it’s only healthier when it’s done properly… and starving your body is not the way to go. You’re really only killing yourself.
Oh and to the thinspo blogs sending me anon hate messages - go eat something and do something productive with your time instead of encouraging young women to adopt eating disorders. sick freaks.
